My recent stay at this hotel was disappointing due to the numerous issues we faced. The check-in process was excessively long and the room was not what we had booked. A night filled with ants and a less than satisfactory breakfast added to the experience. However, the hotel's facilities and overall atmosphere could be more appealing if they improved their service and cleanliness.
